If you believe in good days and bad days cycle in the life, I am the person pretty sure that from 1999 onwards I am suffering on all count due to omen of bad days. Whichever front– home, office, finances, socializing, health– all have taken its due toll from me. More than two years ago I joined a camp run by a Yoga Guru. The result of the camp which lasted were amazing on my mind and body. Then, on the one reason or the other (may be pretext), I could not continue the exercises and yoga. I am still suffering from the wide ranging implications of not caring myself.

Exercise is a definite cure all, it’s just the matter of mustering the stregnth to get out and do it... My wife battles with seasonal depression and insomnia and has found exercise is the only thing that helps...but at times she gets so frazzled, it is difficult to even start the process she knows will cure her blues.

There are lots of benefits we are going to get when we exercise. It can lose our fats, make us strong, make us feel young and it can relieve depression. There are medicines that can relieve us from being depressed but for us to save money lets just exercise! Depression if not solved would also affect your health. And if we are going to acquire sickness it could leave a major strain on your budget. Exercise is not only great for you physical health but I have found it helps me feel emotionally healthier. I can literally work out my frustrations and I feel so much better about my day. My day feels more productive after exercising
