This is an interesting finding. I cannot believe that those that were awake early had a higher chance of getting heart disease! I will make sure to sleep past 5 (or 6 or 7!) to prevent heart disease. Thanks for the valuable post!

I feel the pain... I only got 5 hrs of sleep this whole week and it just killed me! I hated it. And now with this info I know I need to spend more time in the sack resting my mind and body.
